If you want your lady to see your smile, to look into your eyes, to hear your voice, you may make a short video clip (up to 2 min) and send it to your lady. If she doesn't know English, don't worry, we'll make a transaltion for her.


After you make an order you automatically get a password than please follow these instructions to upload your video:
1. Make sure that your video file doesn’t exceed 20Mb
2. Right click on your video file - copy
3. Open “My computer” and put ftp://www.charmingbrides.com in the address line
4. Then click on “File” in the main menu, choose “Enter as”
5. Insert login - customer@charmingbrides.com and the password (you would get by e-mail) in the shown up window.
6. Now right click at empty space – paste. Uploading. You’re done!
7. Write us a note that you’ve uploaded the video file, we’ll send you the confirmation back
