I recently used the phone call service for the first time. It was also the first time I have been in a conversation where an interpreter was involved. The whole thing run very smoothly and made me feel very comfortable. Listening to the banter and laughs between Kseniya and my lady it sounded like she was comfortable too. The phone call was very clear, it sounded like we were just down the street rather than half a world away. For anyone reading this and thinking of using this servive...DO IT!!! Hearing your lady's voice is magical and having an interpreter such as Kseniya there makes it a wonderful experience. I hope next time my lady and I talk Kseniya will be the translator again.
