Dear Olga and Natalia!
As your North American representative I wanted to compliment you on your quality of service on my recent visit. Everything from meeting me at the airport to seeing me off and making sure I was on my plane made my visit very worthwhile.
I particularly enjoyed your new driver Mamikon who not only knows the city inside and out but is actually quite knowledgeable and pleasant. A good driver is essential as well as an excellent translator in Natalia Pankova. Natalia has the unique ability to communicate complicated thoughts in English into understandable Russian to the ladies.
For a fun place to go I would recommend the Irish Pub which has numerous sprits, wines and beers to choose from. All in all, a job well done!

Hi Olga!
I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much I appreciated you on my recent trip to Kharkov. You took care of all my travel needs as well as many other things that no one else would have done for me. All the things you recommended turned out great and I feel I was lucky to have you setting up meetings and providing excellent translations. When I return there I fully intend to use you again as I consider you a friend. You are simply the best!
